And you’re currently assigned to patrol? <br />AYALA: Yes. <br />DAWSON: And at the time of the incident, right now you’re dressed in a police <br />uniform, at the time of this incident back on June 23, 2013, were you <br />dressed the way you are right now in a police uniform? <br />AYALA: Yes. <br />DAWSON: And at the time of the incident, did you go through the officer processing <br />where we took photographs of you and uh, inventoried the items that <br />were on your belt and your uniform? <br />AYALA: Yes. <br />DAWSON: And at the time of the incident uh, can you describe what type of weapon <br />were you carrying at the time? <br />AYALA: I had the Glock-22, it’s uh, 40 caliber.
