Then let me ask you the question I was starting to ask you, did she <br />present an ongoing threat to you because the gun had not been located? <br />AYALA: Yes. <br /> That’s what I wanted to ask. <br />DAWSON: Um, when you guys handcuffed her at the time did you find out where <br />the gun was? <br />AYALA: No. <br />DAWSON: Before you cleared the scene, did you find out where the gun was? <br />AYALA: Yes. Once as, one we, somebody cuffed her, I think ESQUIVEL cuffed her <br />and we started pushing towards the garage. So, I was focused on the <br />garage. Um, when we stepped out I saw her flipped over and then I saw <br />the gun on the floor.
