At approximately 1740 hours I was dispatched to <br />1100 W Stewart Drive in The City of Orange to assist with an investigation. <br />I arrived at the hospital at approximately 1745 took control of scene security in front of emergency room #9. I <br />temporally took custody of the patients property before relinquishing it over to the Orange County Coroner on scene. I <br />left the hospital at approximately 1830 hours. <br />This concluded my involvement in this incident. <br />S.
