SANTA ANA <br />Police Department <br />60 Civic Center Plaza <br />Santa Ana CA, 92701 <br />Supplemental Report <br />Case No. <br />2025-01082 <br />Incident Activity Summary: <br />Stolen/Recovered: (Report-wide)$0.00 $0.00 <br />Narrative: Narrative <br />On 1/16/25 at approximately 1343 hours, I was dispatched to 62 Civic Center Plaza (Santa Ana Jail) in reference to a <br />medical aid. Upon arrival, I observed Orange County Fire Authority performing CPR on a black male (Freddie <br />Washington) who was lying face up on the floor near the holding cells. <br />OCFA stated they would be transporting Washington to a hospital. I was tasked to follow the ambulance. Prior to <br />leaving the Santa Ana Jail, I was provided and took custody of Washington's property which was in a sealed clear <br />property bag. The property included Washington's New York driver's license along with a property receipt. At <br />approximately 1417 hours, Falck ambulance #418 left the Santa Ana Jail and arrived at 1100 W Stewart Drive (Saint <br />Joseph Hospital) at approximately 1426 hours. Washington was admitted to emergency room #9.
