After arriving, WASHINGTON was transported by ambulance to St. Joseph's Hospital <br />in the city of Orange. I later responded to the hospital and Officer MERCADO advised me WASHINGTON was <br />pronounced deceased at 1438 hours. <br />I advised Sgt. MERCER of the incident and he later arrived at the hospital. <br />Officer MERCADO provided me with WASHINGTON's property which I gave to Officer S.
