Portal to Portal rates apply. <br /> Time charges include personnel, equipment and materials for preparation, mobilization, <br /> travel to and from site, demobilization, decontamination, transportation and <br /> unloading. <br /> DISPOSAL AND OUTSIDE COSTS <br /> All disposal, services, non-heavy equipment rentals, and materials not on the rate sheet will <br /> be billed at cost plus a ten percent (10%) handling charge. Heavy equipment rental will <br /> be billed at cost plus twenty five percent handling charge due to high liability cost. <br /> PAYMENT TERMS <br /> All terms are net-forty five (45) days upon receipt of invoice, unless previous arrangements <br /> have been made. All emergency response work for non-established customers is G.O.D. <br /> CPI INCREASE <br /> We reserve the right to exercise a CPI increase without exceeding the 2.5% allowed. <br />
