Report stormdrain infrastructure data to the City when conducting inspections and/or <br /> cleaning, including but not limited to: <br /> • Date of inspection/cleaning <br /> • Location <br /> • Dimensions/measurements of stormdrain facilities <br /> • Asset identification number <br /> • Trash capture device type and condition <br /> • Damage (face plate, protection bar, manhole, interior, inlet/outlet pipes) <br /> • Obstructions or vegetation growing <br /> • Condition of"No Dumping" stencil <br /> • Volume of trash, debris, and sediment removed during cleaning <br /> • Inlet/outlet pipe diameter and material <br /> f.
