VI. EMERGENCY SHELTER GRANT NARRATIVE STATEMENTS <br />Santa Ana received $303,600, in ESG funds from HUD for the 2009 -2010 Program Year. During <br />this report period, 15 homeless service programs received ESG funding. <br />A. Assessment of Relationship of ESG Funds to Goals & Objectives <br />■ Actions to address emergency shelter & <br />individuals & families <br />During the report period, the City of Santa Ana <br />homeless with ESG funds.
