VI. EMERGENCY SHELTER GRANT NARRATIVE STATEMENTS <br />Santa Ana received $303,600, in ESG funds from HUD for the 2009 -2010 Program Year. During <br />this report period, 15 homeless service programs received ESG funding. <br />A.
