Activity and Beneficiary Data <br />19 <br />On a regional basis, the County s Housing and Community Services Department has taken the <br />lead in developing and implementing a discharge plan for the entire county and has solicited <br />the assistance of cities such as Santa Ana. As this plan evolves, the City will explore various <br />options in programming that ensures the needs of Santa Ana's residents are met while also <br />addressing regional planning efforts. At the present time ESG homelessness prevention funds <br />are not being utilized in support of a discharge plan. <br />59 08/2411010 <br />
