The Agency and the Developer have entered into that certain Disposition and <br />Development Agreement (the "DDA") dated , 2010, concerning the <br />redevelopment of certain real property situated in the City of Santa Ana, California as more fully <br />described i n Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br />B. As referenced i n Section 313 of the DDA, the Agency is required to furnish the <br />Developer or its successors with a Release of Construction Covenants upon completion of <br />construction of the Developer Improvements as defined in Section 100 of the DDA), which Release <br />is required to be in such form as to permit it to be recorded in the Recorder's office of Orange <br />County. This Release is conclusive determination of satisfactory completion of the construction and <br />development required by the DDA and the Grant Deed. <br />C.
