Hornebuyer has purchased a single Family house located at <br />Santa Ana} California, as such real property is more particularly <br />described in ""Attachment No. 1' � attached hereto and incorporated herein ("'Property"). <br />B . Homebuyer and Agency have entered into that certain Hornebu firer Loan <br />Agreement ("Loan Agreement") dated of even d a to herewith, which is incorporated herein by <br />reference and a copy of which is on file with Agency at its offices and is a public record, <br />pursuant to which Agency has agreed to cause the Property to be sold to Hornebuyer at a <br />Moderate Income Affordable Housing o s t by providing certain financial assistance to <br />Hornebu er ` Homebu er Assistance Doan" and Homebuyer has agreed to subject the Property <br />to certain conditions, covenants and restrictions. Capitalized ter-ms used herein and not <br />otherwise defined shall have the same me arcing as set forth in the Loan Agreement. <br />C.
