Downtown Incorporated (DTI) is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to the enhancement and <br />improvement of Santa Ana's central business district. DTI oversees maintenance, safety and revi- <br />talization programs financed by the Community Management District, a property assessment district <br />originally established in 2008 through the legal process to July 2009 as the beginning of operations. <br />The district is roughly bound by Walnut Street to the South, Mortimer Street to the East, Birch Street <br />to the North and Flower Street to the West. The 66 -block district is located within the central busi- <br />ness district C-3, C-3 A (Artist Village) zoning area. <br />Mission Statement <br />The mission of Downtown Incorporated is to facilitate the enhancement of Downtown Santa Ana as <br />a vibrant shopping, entertainment, business and cultural destination for all. <br />
