Flower <br />Street (the "Site"). <br />WHEREAS the Customer wishes the Supplier to proceed per the terms and conditions set out below; <br />NOW THEREFORE, THE PARTIES HERETO AGREE AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. COMMITMENT <br />The Supplier hereby agrees to the following at the below mentioned charge to the Customer: <br />• Perform the removal of the existing turf surface and dispose of the materials; <br />• Supply a new 8 year third party insured warranty for the new field starting at the date of completion. <br />• To make minor touch ups to the drainage base as may be required; <br />• To supply and to install for the Customer a field with the same dimensions and markings as the <br />existing surface but using the Fieldturf Duraspine Pro 2.5 inches product (the "Product") including <br />center field logo. The Customer will receive a field layout showing the dimensions and the markings <br />for the new surface for their review; the Supplier, before manufacturing the new surface will receive <br />written confirmation from Customer that the field dimensions and markings (colors) are satisfactory <br />and approved for production. <br />DETAILS: <br />Approximate start of removal: July 2010 <br />Estimated duration of the work: 5 weeks (weather permitting) <br />FT Project Manager & contact: Sarah Brown sabrown(Mfieldtur£com (514)-512-1405 <br />Customer contact person: Ron Ono rono(&santa-ana.ore (714)-571-4220 <br />Installation Crew: FieldTurf Construction <br />Required staging area: Fieldturf requires a suitable staging area.
