Warner Ave., Santa Ana, CA 92707, a legal description of which is shown in <br />Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, under the terms and conditions of the <br />unrecorded Land Lease Agreement by and between Lessor and Lessee dated by Lessor <br />, 20_, and incorporated herein by reference (the "Agreement ") for an initial <br />term of ten (10) years, commencing on the Commencement Date, as defined in the Agreement, and three <br />(3) subsequent optional extension terms of five (5) years each, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement. <br />The Agreement provides for grant of non - exclusive right of way for rights of access to the Property and to <br />electrical and telephone facilities serving the Property. <br />[SIGNATURE PAGE FOLLOWS] <br />Site #.
