<br /> N-2005-123-003 <br /> INSURANCE NOT REQUIRED _ <br /> WORK MAY PROCEED <br /> CLERK OF COUNCIL <br /> DATE: DEC 2 2010 FOURTH AMENDMENT TO <br /> CCGTc ( 2 CONSULTANT AGREEMENT <br /> core F,le. <br /> THIS FOURTH AMENDMENT made and entered into on this 1" day of July, <br /> 2010 by and between Cesar Vargas (hereinafter "Consultant"), and the City of Santa Ana, <br /> a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California (hereinafter "City"). <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. The parties entered into Agreement #N-2005-123, dated October 17, 2005, <br /> (hereinafter "said Agreement") by which Consultant has provided <br /> translation/interpretation services. <br /> B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br /> extend the term of said agreement to provide continuous, uninterrupted service. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective promises, and <br /> subject to all the terms and conditions set forth, the parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. The TERM of said Agreement shall be extended for an additional one-year period, <br /> through June 30, 2011. <br /> 2.
