<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> 6.4 Unclaimed Benefits. <br /> Each Participant and Beneficiary of a deceased Participant shall file with the <br /> <br /> Employer from time to time in writing, his or her home address and each change of home <br /> <br /> address. Any communication addressed to the Participant or the Beneficiary at his or her <br /> <br /> last home address filed with the Employer, or if no such address was filed, then at his or <br /> <br /> her last home address as shown on the Employer's records, shall be binding on the <br /> <br /> Participant or Beneficiary for all purposes of the Plan.
