Any communication addressed to the Participant or the Beneficiary at his or her <br /> <br /> last home address filed with the Employer, or if no such address was filed, then at his or <br /> <br /> her last home address as shown on the Employer's records, shall be binding on the <br /> <br /> Participant or Beneficiary for all purposes of the Plan.
