The property is located on the southeast corner of Warner Avenue
and Flower Street. The property is located within the Light Industrial (M-1) zoning district and has a
General Plan land use designation of Industrial (IND). Surrounding land uses include a vacant lot,
single-family residential and an elementary school to the north, industrial to the south and east, and
single-family residential to the west (Exhibits 1 and 2).
Project Description

T-Mobile is proposing to construct a 60-foot high wireless facility stealthed as a monopine. This
facility is intended to provide increased cellular coverage and call capacity in this area of the City.
