In performing its obligations under this Agreement, <br /> Developer shall not discriminate because of race, color, creed, religion, sex, marital <br /> status, sexual orientation, age, national origin, ancestry, or disability, as defined and <br /> prohibited by applicable law, in the recruitment, selection, training, utilization, <br /> promotion, termination or other related activities. Amendments. This Agreement may be amended, modified, or changed by the <br /> parties hereto, City and Developer, provided that said amendment, modification, or change is in <br /> writing and approved by both parties. <br /> <br /> H. Default.
