This Agreement will be based around "Preventive" malntenance service. <br />2. Prov[de a 1 O% discount on current labor rates and parts pricing below for service tails outside of this <br />agreement. <br />3. Johnson Controls will provide qualified, trained and experienced service personnel to perform alt <br />scheduled malntenance services described herein, Including any repairs that might be required. <br />Service technicians will be on call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to respond to ail emergency <br />calls. <br />Norma/ Response Procedure, norms/ worK /ng hours: <br />During normal working hours of Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, Customer shall call <br />Johnson Controls Service (866) 819 -0230. Dispatchers) will route the call to the technlclan <br />famlllar with Customer's faclllty for an Immediate response. Response time for services during <br />normal working hours shall be within four (4) hours or less. <br />Emergency Response Procedure, norms/ work /ng hours: <br />In the event of an emergency during normal working hours of Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to <br />4:30 pm, Customer shall oall Johnson Controls Service (866) 819 -0230.
