N-2011-007 <br />JAN 1 8 2011 <br />?: P W A?Adm?g2? ?' <br />Chr'5+?? ?l?\, MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AND THE SANTA ANA WORK CENTER <br />This Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Santa Ana (City) and the Santa Ana <br />WORK Center, describes the nature and evidences the agreement of the parties in determining the <br />fees for locating a computer learning center at The Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center. <br />Term: <br />The Term of this Agreement shall commence July 1, 2010 and continue through June 30, 2011. <br />Terms and Conditions: <br />City has agreed to allow the Santa Ana WORK Center to occupy space on the 1 s` floor of The <br />Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center (965.5 sq. ft. formerly occupied by Casa Santa Fe), <br />located at 1000 East Santa Ana Boulevard, Santa Ana, CA 92701. <br />Santa Ana WORK Center shall pay a user fee of $26,000 annually, payable at the rate of <br />$2, 166.67 per month. Said user fee includes exclusive use of space, janitorial services and <br />utilities, except telephones and any security equipment installed or required by the Santa Ana <br />WORK Center. <br />Santa Ana WORK Center will be responsible for securing any equipment required to operate the <br />computer center. <br />The user fee is due the first day of each month, payable to the "City of Santa Ana". <br />Both parties agree to the terms of this Memorandum of Understanding dated ? ? ? and <br />will implement it as set forth herein. <br />ATTEST: <br />i?l?? f?.?fi? <br />MARIA D.
