MISCELLANEOUS ABATEMENTS <br />1. Air Vents <br />If air vents have never been painted, remove graffiti with <br />chemicals. If previously painted, cover the graffiti with <br />Cape Cod Gray. Paint from top to bottom by using the <br />best and most efficient method. <br />Air Vents <br />2. Alleys <br />Public Works staff removes graffiti up to 25' from the entrance to alleys. <br />Use the same method of removal for the particular type of surface: for <br />example, block wall, wood fence, etc. <br />3. Apartments/Houses and Mobile Homes <br />Prior to painting get the property owner's consent. If <br />vacant, refer to Crew Leader to get consent.
