Certificate of Insurance and Santa Ana Business License <br />The individual or firm selected to provide the requested services will be required to <br />maintain the insurance described above as well as the City business license. They will <br />also be required to obtain an additional insured endorsement in the form found in <br />attachment 6 for the Liability Insurance <br />Failure to maintain the required proof of insurance shall be cause for cancellation of the award <br />and selection of another qualified individual or firm. <br />9. CRITERIA FOR SELECTION <br />The proposals received will be reviewed by an evaluation team composed of City staff. All <br />proposals will be fully considered and rated by he evaluation team. The selection will be based <br />upon completeness, experience with affordable housing development, technical merit, cost <br />competitiveness and time to perform, as they relate to the requirements identified in this RFP. <br />10.
