PROPOSED STAFFING AND PROJECT ORGANIZATION <br />^• <br />KEY PERSONNEL <br />Donna Desmond, ASA <br />Donna Desmond, President of Donna Desmond Associates, has specialized in business <br />valuation since 1987. She has completed thousands of goodwill loss appraisal <br />assignments for both public agencies and private parties throughout the State of <br />.. <br />California since 1987. Ms. Desmond has qualified as an expert in goodwill loss and <br />business damages in the Superior Court of California in Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, <br />Kern, Santa Clara, San Francisco and Contra Costa counties and in the states of Nevada <br />and Texas, and has testified extensively in arbitration and mediation throughout <br />California. Prior to founding DDA in 1997, she was a principal with Desmond, Marcello <br />& Amster, responsible for appraisal management and testimony. Ms. Desmond was <br />employed with Desmond, Marcello & Amster from 1986 through 1997. From September <br />1986 through December 1990, Ms. Desmond was a financial analyst with the firm. From <br />1990 through 1994 she was a project manager and from 1994 through 1997 was a <br />principal with the firm. <br />sa Ms. Desmond is a senior member of the American Society of Appraisers in the Business <br />Valuation Discipline. This designation was attained in 1995. She is also a member of the <br />., Institute of Business Appraisers. <br />Ms. Desmond has written articles for International Right of Way Association newsletters <br />and the California Redevelopment Journal.
