XIV. REGULATIONS <br />The Consultant will be expected to comply with all applicable Federal and State <br />regulations, local codes, and contract provisions. <br />XV. CITY'S AFFIRMATIVE ACTION PROGRAM <br />The City has an affirmative action program. The purpose of the affirmative action program <br />is to encourage disadvantaged business enterprises in participation of City projects. The <br />attached "Certificate of Non - Discrimination by Consultants" shall be completed by each <br />submitted firm and included in the proposal (Appendix "C "). <br />XVI.
