C. Work Plan <br />Successful implementation and management of a stormwater <br />program demands a clear understanding of the NPDES Permit <br />requirements and solid teamwork between City staff and <br />consultants/contractors. Having supported other Cities in their <br />response to a prior stormwater/NPDES program and inspection <br />Audit/NOV, and having developed the Local Implementation Plans <br />(LIP), EEC stands poised to support the City of Santa Ana's stormwater compliance needs. Utilizing our <br />knowledge and experience EEC can provide the program management, field inspection, and database <br />management services needed to ensure continued compliance with the regulations of the City's NPDES <br />Permit. <br />1. Subtasks Approach <br />Subtask 1: Task Order Database Management <br />EEC will review the City's commercial I Order NO.R&2o0¢W30(NPDES NO. CA56160J0)-as amended by Order NO. R11-2010.0062 <br />The Ceunly of Orange. OCFCO. and Incorporated Cities Attachment •A° <br />Area wide Urban Worm Water Runoff <br />industrial facility database and ensure that it <br />complies with all database requirements of the <br />NPDES permit, especially sections IX and X <br />of the Permit Requirements. This will include <br />prioritization of all facilities to manage and <br />maintain program data.
