<br />Dr. Mohan Char has many years of experience working with Caltrans, local
<br />agencies, and land developers, and developing contract documents for bridge
<br />plans, specifications, and construction cost estimates (PS&E) projects. He is
<br />specialized in seismic nonlinear time -history and nonlinear time dependent creep/
<br />shrinkage analyses. He has an intimate knowledge of the Caltrans procedures for
<br />development of project -specific standard special provisions. He has been involved
<br />in several challenging structural projects for interchanges, grade separations,
<br />freeway overcrossings and undercrossings, railroad overheads and underpasses,
<br />major toll bridges, and bridge widenings.

<br />Tim Erney, AICP Mr. Erney is the transportation engineering department manager and a senior
<br />Traffic Studies/TMP project manager for the AECOM Los Angeles office. He has successfully managed
<br />over 100 transportation planning and engineering projects throughout California.
<br />Education and Registrations He is a certified professional planner with experience managing analyses and
<br />MS/1997/Transportation Engineering documentation for environmental review projects, access and circulation studies,
<br />MCP/1997/City and Regional Planning sustainable transportation practices, TDM measures, parking evaluations,
<br />BS/1995/Mechanical Engineering pedestrian and bicycle reviews, and data collection programs. Other experience
<br />AICP/2000/United States, No: 015998 includes detailed technical analysis of local and regional roadway facilities,
<br />Professional Transportation Planner includingtraffic forecasting, modal split analyses, traffic diversion, and operational
<br />analyses. He has experience coordinating with local and regional transportation
<br />and environmental agencies in Southern California.
