ARTICLE XVI <br />16.0 RESIDENCY <br />16.1 To the extent possible, the City shall perform any and all acts necessary to remove limitations <br />upon where employees reside who are covered by this Agreement. <br />At the discretion of the Police Chief, selected special duty assignments may be designated as <br />rapid response assignments. In those instances, the Police Chief may apply specific <br />residency requirements upon members assigned to those positions. <br />58 <br />
