ATTACHMENT NO. 12 <br />NOTICE OF AFFORDABILITY RESTRICTIONS <br />RECORDING REQUESTED BY, ) <br />AND WHEN RECORDED MAIL TO: ) <br />Community Redevelopment Agency ) <br />of the City of Santa Ana ) <br />20 Civic Center Plaza ) <br />Santa Ana, California 92702 ) <br />Attn: Executive Director 1 <br />This document is exempt from <br />payment of a recording fee <br />pursuant to Government Code <br />Sections 27383 and 6103. <br />NOTICE OF AFFORDABILITY RESTRICTIONS ON <br />TRANSFER OF PROPERTY <br />This Notice of Affordability Restrictions on Transfer of Property (or "Notice <br />of Affordability Restrictions ") is executed and recorded pursuant to <br />Section 33334.3(f)(3)(B) of the California Health & Safety Code as amended by <br />AB 987, Chapter 690, Statutes of 2007 (herein, "Chapter 690 "), and affects that <br />certain real property generally located at in the City <br />of Santa Ana, California ( "City ") as legally described in Exhibit A hereto <br />( "Property "). The Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana, a <br />public body corporate and politic ( "Agency "), and <br />(" Homebuyer") have entered into that certain Homebuyer Loan Agreement dated <br />as of 20 ( "Homebuyer Loan Agreement "). <br />1. The Homebuyer Loan Agreement provides for affordability <br />restrictions and restrictions on the transfer of the Property, as more particularly set <br />forth in the Homebuyer Loan Agreement. A copy of the Homebuyer Loan <br />Agreement is on file with Agency as a public record and is deemed incorporated <br />herein. Reference is made to the Homebuyer Loan Agreement with regard to the <br />complete text of the provisions of such agreement and all deemed terms therein, <br />which provides for affordability restrictions and restrictions on the transfer of the <br />Property. <br />ATTACHMENT NO.
