Public Event hours will be during the following time periods: <br />Event I Saturday, April 30: t2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Carnival close at. <br />12:00 a.m. <br />Sunday, 1•-'Iay 1: 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Carnival close at 10:00 p.m. <br />ii. Event 11 - Saturday, September 17: 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Carnival <br />will end at 12:00 a.m. <br />Sunday, September 18: 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Carnival will end at <br />10:00 P.M. <br />k. The stages will be activated during the following time periods of the event: <br />i. Event I — Saturday, April 30: 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. <br />Sunday. May 1: 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. <br />ii. Event ll <br />Saturday, September 17: 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. <br />Sunday, September 18: 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. <br />Entertainment on any stage is prohibited from tossing giveaways into the crown. <br />This also applies to the live remotes from any radio station. <br />Artist autograph sessions are prohibited without prior city approval <br />Final entertainment schedules are to be provided to the city two weeks prior to <br />the scheduled festival. <br />
