Minter Street 398-311-01 Demolish <br />4.4 OTHER SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT TERMS <br />Under the Settlement Agreement, the City and/or the Agency will take the following actions: <br />• Historic Survey. The City will retain a cultural resource professional who meets the Secretary of <br />the Interior's Professional Qualifications Standards for Architectural History to conduct a survey <br />to determine the historic status and eligibility for listing on either the California Register of <br />Historical Resources (CRHR) or the SARHP of all residential properties within the Lacy <br />Neighborhood with a construction date prior to 1961 that have not been surveyed within five (5) <br />years of the commencement of the survey. <br />• Lacy Neighborhood Housing Fund. The Agency will establish a $200,000 residential housing <br />fund to encourage homeowners in the Lacy Neighborhood to re-invest in the exterior of their <br />properties. The fund will provide loans of up to $25,000. In addition, funds may be used for <br />4-2 Revised Station District Project and FOL Settlement Agreement Findings of Fact/Statement of Overriding <br />Considerations
