A detailed breakdown of labor and direct expenses is <br />shown on the cost spreadsheet that follows. We propose to complete the EIR scope of work identified in this <br />proposal for an estimated fee of $204,122, We recognize that cost can be an important factor in the ultimate <br />decision for selection of a consultant.
