Grant funds will be used to increase the number of hours incurred by <br />first line supervisors, officers, and clerical /administrative personnel in Santa Ana Police Department to conduct/support seat belt <br />enforcements in Santa Ana. Incorporated into this grant are attached: Schedule A - Description, Schedule B — Detailed Budget Estimate, <br />Schedule B -1 - Budget Narrative, and Schedule C -Terms and Conditions, <br />6.
