<br />?a-o?-ao t 1 <br />S 2, L < <br />SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />A-2008-070-002 <br />THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into on March 15, 2011, <br />by and between Johnson-Frank & Associates, Inc., a California corporation ("Consultant") and <br />the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California ("City") <br />RECITALS <br />A. The parties entered into Consultant Agreement A-2008-070, dated April 7, 2008, (hereinafter <br />"said Agreement") by which Consultant has provided construction surveying services. <br />B. Said Agreement was amended by First Amendment dated March 16, 2010, to exercise an <br />option to renew and add compensation to pay for services during the renewal term. <br />C. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to again <br />extend the term of said Agreement. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to all <br />the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this Second Amendment to <br />Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br />Section 3, TERM, shall be extended for an additional one-year period, through March 31, <br />2012. <br />2.
