EXHIBIT A -1 <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND COMPENSATION FOR <br />FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2011 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2012 <br />Water Production Development: <br />Continue development of water production functionality. System will <br />support inspections and maintenance of Wells, Booster Pumps, Reservoirs, <br />and SCADA Sensors. iWater staff will work closely with the City to identify <br />optimal workflows and data collection standards. <br />Asset GPS Data Collection: <br />Includes GPS data collection of assets defined by the City. Sub -meter <br />GPS will be performed on production sites and sewer facilities. This <br />includes above and underground vaults in addition to and not limited to <br />other assets. <br />CMMS Support: <br />iWater will assist the City of Santa Ana and their contractors with <br />Computerized Maintenance Management System deployment. This will <br />include consultation for work order template and design, integration with <br />CMMS Server components, and additional training for end users. <br />infraMAP Service and Support: <br />Includes unlimited service support and training of infraMAP software. All <br />configuration files, MXD documents, batch files, and document <br />management strategies will be provided on an unlimited basis. On -site <br />support and training is also included throughout the term of the <br />agreement. <br />251 -5 <br />
