Adopt a resolution approving General Plan Amendment No. 2011 -02. <br />3. Adopt a resolution approving Variance No. 2011 -06 as conditioned. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br />On May 9, 2011, the Planning Commission recommended that the City Council adopt an <br />ordinance approving Amendment Application No. 2011 -01; adopt a resolution approving General <br />Plan Amendment No. 2011 -02; and adopt a resolution approving Variance No. 2011 -06 as <br />conditioned by a vote of 7:0 to change the zoning and general plan designations of property at <br />1312 West Santa Ana Boulevard and a variance from setback standards in order to allow <br />construction of a new medical office building at 1306 -1312 West Santa Ana Boulevard. The <br />Planning Commission made no changes to the modifications outlined in the attached staff report <br />(Exhibit A). <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br />- N--�2 <br />Jay—M.
