The City and Contractor entered into that certain Agreement Under the Workforce Investment Act dated <br />February 16, 2010 (#A-2010-025) hereinafter referred to as "said Agreement" for Contractor to provide business <br />owners with technical assistance through courses and seminars. <br /> <br />B. The parties amended said Agreement on June 9, 2010, to update and increase Contractor's Obligations, and <br />amended said Agreement again on July 6,2010 to update Contractor's Obligations, as well as add more funding. <br /> <br />C. The parties hereto now desire to further amend and expand Contractor's Obligations, as well as add more <br />funding. <br /> <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises hereinafter contained and <br />made, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of said Agreement as hereby amended, the parties hereto do <br />hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. Section I "Contractor's Obligations" shall be updated to expand the provision of specialized courses and <br />services, as set forth in the Scope of Work, attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A. <br /> <br />2. Section II "City's Obligations" shall be amended to add additional funds of Twenty Five Thousand <br />Dollars ($25,000), so that the total amount of Compensation to Contractor under said Agreement as amended <br />shall not exceed One Hundred Forty Two Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-Five Dollars ($142,675) see attached <br />Budget Form and Budget Narrative attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit B. <br /> <br />3. Section III "Time Period of Agreement" shall be amended and extended though June 30, 2011. <br /> <br />4.
