EXHIBIT D <br />HVAC <br />Minimum Standard . Safe, sound and in good working order. <br /> • Eight or more ears of practical utility. <br />Rehabilitation . HVAC that does not meet the minimum standard shall be replaced. <br /> Practical, cost effective repairs are acceptable as long as compliance with <br /> the minimum standard will be achieved. <br /> • Tune-up all HVAC equipment (as a minimum). <br /> • Seal all ducts (as a minimum). <br /> • All new HVAC equipment shall be sized properly. <br />Furnaces Reputable manufacturer. <br /> • EPA Energy Star qualified. <br />Central Air Conditioners Reputable manufacturer. <br /> • EPA Energy Star qualified. <br />Thermostats .
