WORK MAT rnu"«� <br />I INT11 INSURANCE EXPIRES <br />A-2011-117 <br />INSURANCE ON FILE <br />WORK MAY PROCEED <br />UNTIL INSURANCE EXPIRES <br />{_Z+_12- <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />DATE: MAY 18 2011 <br />EIGHTH AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />THIS EIGHTH AMENDMENT TO RECREATION SERVICES AGREEMENT is made and <br />entered into this 2nd day of May, 2011 by and between MARTIN TORRES, (hereinafter <br />"Provider"), and the City of Santa Ana, (hereinafter "City"). <br />I:4:160F.11* l <br />The parties entered into Agreement N-2003-095, dated October 1, 2003, as amended <br />from time to time, (hereinafter the "Agreement") by which Provider has provided martial <br />arts instruction in the City's leisure program. <br />2. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br />extend the term for an additional one-year period. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to all <br />the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this Amendment to <br />Recreation Services Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Section 1, SCOPE OF SERVICES, shall be amended to read "Provided shall provide martial <br />arts instruction for the City's leisure class program, as set forth in Exhibit A-1, attached <br />hereto. <br />2. Section 2.a., COMPENSATION, shall be amended to increase total compensation available <br />by $30,000 to provide compensation for instruction during the 2011-2012 fiscal year. <br />3. Section 3, TERM, shall be amended to extend the termination date to June 30, 2012. <br />4. Except as herein amended, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall remain in full <br />force and effect. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Eighth Amendment to <br />Recreation Services Agreement on the day and year first set forth above. <br />ATTEST: <br />Maria D.
