Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute an <br />agreement subject to non -substantive changes approved by the <br />City Attorney. <br />AGMT NO. 2011-118 - Execute an amendment with Choc Le for Tae <br />Kwon Do instruction, extending the term one-year, and adding $30,000 <br />for next fiscal year. <br />3.
