I STATEMENT OF PRIOR EXPERIENCE/REFERENCES Ball Field Maintenance Clients/References The following is the list of clients that have engaged MLS for specific bail field services. The services provided to each client are described below along with the approximate annual value ofeach contract. References are listed by size and scope of contract. MLS encourages prospective clients to contact any or all of these references for background purposes. It is important to note that ir. its 25 year history, MLS has never failed to complete a contract term, or to renew a contr , t which it was desirous to extend. Reference No. 1 City of Santa Ana Mike Lopez Parks Superintendent P.O. Box 1988 Santa Ana, California 92866 (714)231-6112 As of July 1, 2007, MLS has provided a complete infield maintenance program for the City of Santa Ana's ball fields in Districts 2 and 4. As of April 1, 2010, MIS provided all of the services in District 3 as well. MLS services 23 infields performing one (1) to five (5) treatments per week per field. Santa Ana has 20 multi -use, softball/baseball diamonds with 60-90' base paths and skinned infields along with 2 regulation baseball fields with turfinfields. MLS services this contact with two (2) Tractor Operators and supplemental visits from the Area Lead and provides three (3) John Deere 1200 Ball Field Conditioners, all necessary hand tools and hoses, along with laser leveling services using two (2) Kubota Tractors (25 and 40 hp) using dual cone lasers and 3 point grading systems. Additional services include batter's box and pitching mound maintenance, as well as field fixture removal and replacement.
