F. The insurance provided by this endorsement is primary insurance and we will not seek contribution from any other insurance <br />available to the person(s) or organization(s) shown in the Schedule of this endorsement unless the other insurance is provided by a <br />contractor other than you for the same operations. Then we will share with that other insurance by the method described in <br />paragraph 4.c. of SECTION IV - COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY CONDITIONS. <br />G. Except with respect to the Limits of Insurance, and any rights or duties specifically assigned in this coverage part to the first Named <br />Insured, this insurance applies separately to the additional insured shown in the Schedule of this endorsement against whom claim is <br />made or "suit" is brought. <br />H. If this coverage part is cancelled by us, we will mail the first organization shown in the Schedule of this endorsement written notice: <br />a. At least 10 days before the effective date of cancellation if this coverage part is cancelled by us due to non-payment of <br />premium; <br />b. At least 30 days before the effective date of cancellation if this coverage part is cancelled by us for any other reason. <br />Any provisions in this Coverage Part not changed by the terms and conditions of this endorsement continue to apply as written. <br />U -GL -II 14-A CW (10/02) <br />
