Key Personnel <br />Marty Stowell, Head of Maintenance <br />Marty has been In the landscaping industry for over 30 years. He Is responsible for the <br />entire Maintenance Operations Department which Includes overseeing all of our <br />maintenance jobs and crews. Marty's expertise Is found in maintaining city-wide <br />maintenance contracts and HOAs in Southern California. His keen eye for scheduling <br />and the utilization of our crews makes our maintenance operations very of Icient and <br />effective. Marty also has vast knowledge In landscape irrigation and Installation, <br />estimating and construction. <br />Jose Luis Solano, Superintendent (Supervisor <br />Jose Luis has been working in the landscape Industry for over 18 years. His landscape <br />background Includes management, Irrigation, maintenance and arbor care. Jose Luis Is <br />responsible for a crew of 75 employees maintaining large public and private parks, <br />sports venues and commercial landscapes in Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Jose <br />Luis is especially familiar with Irrigation repair and maintenance. Notable projects <br />include Anaheim Resort District, Anaheim, CA; Yorba Park, Yorba Linda, CA; and Seal <br />Beach Naval Housing, Seal Beach, CA and Rancho Palos Verdes Parks and Trails. <br />City of Rancho Palos Verdes (Parks and Trails) Currently <br />• Oversee the full-time maintenance crews spread out over the City's 200 acres of <br />parks, trails and landscaped areas. <br />• Daily maintenance of all baseball fields, parks, trees, trails, landscapes, Irrigation <br />and facilities <br />• Turf renovations Include, aerating, vert] -cutting, overseeding/reseeding, <br />topdressing, fertilizing, and establishing <br />• In charge of granular/foliar applications of fertilizer/herbicide/Insecticide/ <br />fungicide/PGR <br />City of Anaheim, General Supervisor on our Anaheim Projects <br />• Eastside Resort District, Landscape and Power Washing <br />• Anaheim Convention Center <br />• Anaheim Parks, Mowing and Trash <br />• Anaheim Family Justice Center <br />• Little Warner Basin <br />• Anaheim Civic Center <br />
