The parties entered into Agreement #N-2005-123, dated October 17, 2005, <br />(hereinafter "said Agreement") by which Consultant has provided <br />translation/interpretation services. <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br />extend the term of said agreement to provide continuous, uninterrupted service. <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective promises, and <br />subject to all the terms and conditions set forth, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. The TERM of said Agreement shall be extended for an additional one-year period, <br />through June 30, 2012. <br />2.
