Staff is recommending an <br />agreement with the top -rated firm. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funds have been budgeted in the Street Lighting program for this project (accounting unit <br />01117630- 66220). The funding estimate includes the base bid of $22,239 plus $8,896 in <br />contingencies for unforeseen circumstances.
