Section 2. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby approves and <br />authorizes and empowers the Chief of Police to take all actions necessary to <br />submit the proposed SLESF expenditure plan to the Supplemental Law <br />Enforcement Oversight Committee. <br />Section 3.
