Marketing to City Residents and Persons employed in City <br />businesses/Grass-roots marketing <br />Our Listing Agents work with their established community relationships to <br />help spread the word and brand the Santa Ana Home Ownership Program <br />in a number of ways: <br />a. Hand delivered or direct mailed "Just Listed" postcards and/or flyers <br />to local residents (within a designated radius of a new listing) <br />b. Open house events held on-site to allow neighbors and prospective <br />buyers to tour properties, and spread the word about the program <br />c. Outreach to local businesses and large employers to identify <br />persons that may be working in the area but living elsewhere and <br />are unaware of Santa Ana NSP homes. This may include <br />conducting seminars for large-scale employers in lunch rooms or <br />other employer-approved facilities, as well as proposing employee <br />payroll stuffers or utility company invoice marketing for residents. <br />d. Community outreach and face to face door knocking of neighbors in <br />the area of a new listing. <br />7. MLS Listing and Agent to Agent Marketing <br />a. All Listing Agents we work with input new listings into the Multiple <br />Listing Service (MLS) to give them maximum exposure to the Agent <br />community. Research tells us that in some cases, over 70% of <br />homes are sold using the MLS as the primary source of info, and in <br />that instance you have a buyer who is already working with and <br />Agent and the Agent views the MLS listing for our NSP home. <br />b. E-blasts (also a form of internet marketing) of new Santa <br />Homeownership Program listings are sent out by our agents to their <br />own offices, as well as other local real estate offices, informing <br />other Agents about the program and new properties available for <br />sale.
