This policy shall apply as primary Insuranco In relation to any other policy issued to that additional <br />insured. <br />b. Any Insurance or self Insurance maintained by the additional Insured shall be excess of the Insurance <br />afforded to the additional Insured by this policy and shall not contribute to it. <br />The Conditions section of this policy, Other Insurance, Is modified to the extent It is inconsistent with this <br />endorsement. <br />2. In no event shall this Endorsement be construed as increasing the Limits Of Insurance set forth in the <br />Declarations page or altering the rules which fix the most we will pay set forth In Section III - LIMITS OF <br />INSURANCE. <br />3.
