Total number of unduplicated clients (Santa Ana and Non -Santa Ana Residents) anticipated to be served by the <br />funded program, named above, during the 12 -month contract period. <br />200 Persons <br />II. Number of unduplicated Santa Ana residents expected to be served by the funded program during the 12 -month <br />contract eriod. <br />Persons <br />Program and Funding Description <br />III. Description of Work - In the space below, describe the program to be funded during the 12 -month contract period. <br />What specific activities will be undertaken during the contract period. Please be concise in your response. Only the <br />viewame space wiu print. <br />Laura's House estimates that during 2011 -2012 contract year a minimum of 12% of the clients served in our <br />Emergency Shelter will be residents of Santa Ana. Laura's House will provide a comprehensive 30 -45 day <br />residential shelter program utilizing the ESG Funds (1.7% of total program budget) towards serving twenty one <br />battered women and children who are residents of Santa Ana and are homeless due to domestic violence. The <br />emergency shelter program includes food and clothing; individual counseling; therapeutic and education <br />groups; life- skills and parenting classes; legal assistance; case management and social advocacy with resources <br />necessary for the client to transition from shelter living to indepenence and self- sufficiency. <br />Schedule of Performance <br />Estimate the number of unduplicated Santa Ana residents to be served by the funded program during the 12 -month <br />contract period per quarter. (Enter number of new Santa Ana clients served each quarter.
