Bruce Hall Land Surveyors 61 <br />Staff is recommending agreements with the two top -rated firms, Coast Surveying, Inc. and Huitt- <br />Zollars, in an amount up to $250,000 each. Survey services are often needed on short notice; <br />therefore, staff recommends retaining two firms to ensure that at least one firm is available. The <br />services will be provided on as- needed basis as requested by City staff. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />There is no environmental impact associated with this action. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The total obligation of these agreements shall not exceed $250,000 for each firm.
