Project 09 -6035 <br />RFA Change Order No. 1 <br />June 14, 2012 <br />Page 2 <br />3. The existing property was graded in a fashion that causes storm water to runoff <br />onto the adjacent property. As a result, Design Engineering section requested <br />to re -grade to avoid excess water runoff from entering into that property. Prior <br />approval was obtained on February 7, 2012. <br />FINAL COST = $704.82 <br />4. To perform work in the County of Orange Flood Control District Right -of -Way, <br />the Contractor must obtain an encroachment permit_ However, the fee amount <br />was not covered under the contract. Therefore, at the request of the City, the <br />Contractor paid for the fee_ Prior approval was obtained on February 7, 2012. <br />FINAL COST = $7,024 <br />5. Grant funding for this project is provided by Proposition 50 and requires the <br />installation of a sign, acknowledging the bond, during construction. Therefore, it <br />was recommended to install the sign per the grant requirements. Prior approval <br />was obtained on February 7, 2012. <br />FINAL COST = $908.61 <br />6. During the irrigation coverage test, working pressure was found to be lower than <br />the design pressure_ To adjust for the lower pressure an additional valve and all <br />appurtenances was added to reduce the number of heads per valve. Prior <br />Approval was obtained on February 7, 2012. <br />FINAL COST = $2,119.24 <br />7.
